Registration and Categories

Ploegen die willen deelnemen aan de elfstedenroeimarathon kunnen zich vanaf 1 maart inschrijven. Dit jaar kun je kiezen tussen twee inschrijfsystemen om je team in te schrijven:

  • Het ERM-systeem hier. Vul alle verplichte velden in! Is je ploeg nog niet compleet? Of wil je later wijzigingen doorvoeren? Dat kan door met je inlognaam en wachtwoord in te loggen op teambeheer. Je kunt je inschrijven voor de verschillende categorieën.
  • Of het KNRB-systeem -> hier

LET OP! INSCHRIJVEN IN ÉÉN VAN BEIDE SYSTEMEN VOLSTAAT.

De inschrijving start op 1 maart en sluit op zondag 25 april om 18.00 uur.

Wedstrijdveld:
I          Open categorie
D        Dames (van alle leeftijden)
MIX   Mixed (minimaal 50% dames roeit)

Prestatieveld:
B6      Buitencategorie met 6 roeiers
B        Buitencategorie met 3 roeiers
T        Toercategorie

Extra opties prestatieveld:
ECO   Roeien en fietsen (gehele tocht) zonder begeleiding met auto
ST       Studentenploeg (100% studenten)
VER   Mix team en 100% van 1 verenging (minimaal 50% dames roeit)

Ga voor het wedstrijdveld!
We willen het wedstrijdveld (open categorie) zo competitief mogelijk maken. Want zeg nu zelf: wat is mooier dan elkaar op de hielen zitten en een scherpe tijd neerzetten? Bijkomend voordeel: je start vooraan en wordt daardoor zo min mogelijk opgehouden door minder snelle ploegen. Bijvoorbeeld bij de doorkomst en bruggen in Dokkum!

Om vergelijkbare teams in de open categorie te laten starten, hebben we enkele jaren geleden een limiet ingesteld. Dat wil zeggen: deelnemers moeten binnen drie uur na de snelste ploeg kunnen finishen. Een ruime marge, maar voldoende om een mooi wedstrijdveld samen te kunnen stellen.

Doe je graag mee om de prijzen? Wil je een snelle tijd neerzetten en ongehinderd roeien? Maar… heb je geen idee hoe snel je daarvoor gemiddeld moet roeien om binnen de limiet te blijven. Raadpleeg dan even de uitslagen en tijden van de afgelopen jaren. Voor een extra check kun je ook de tabellen met de gemiddelde snelheden onder de loep nemen.

Kosten en wijze van betaling:

De kosten van inschrijving zijn € 550,– per ploeg (incl. vergoeding verplichte GPS tracker);

Uitzonderingen hierop zijn:

  • Buitencategorie 3 personen € 250,– (incl. vergoeding verplichte GPS tracker);
  • Buitencategorie 6 personen € 375,– (incl. vergoeding verplichte GPS tracker).

Betalen op de vrijdag voor de start met de PIN-automaat (MAESTRO, VISA, CREDIT CARD).

Teams wishing to participate in the elfstedenroeimarathon, can register from March 1st. This year, you can choose between two registration systems to sign up your team:

  • The ERM system here. Fill in all required fields! Is your team still incomplete? Do you want to make changes later? That can be done by logging in with your username and password management team. You can register for different categories.
  • Or the KNRB system here
    (instruction KNRB registration)

PLEASE NOTE! REGISTERING IN ONE OF THE TWO SYSTEMS IS SUFFICIENT.

Competitionfield:
O       Open category
D       Women (all ages)
MIX  Mixed (at least 50% women rowing)

Performance field:
B6      Outsiders Category 6 rowers
B3      Outsiders Category 3 rowers
T         Tour Category

Additional options for performance field:
ECO     Rowing and cycling (entire marathon) without car escort
ST         Student team (100% students)
VER     Mixed team and 100% from one club (at least 50% women rowing)

Registration starts on the 1st of March 2026 and closes on Sunday, the 25th of April 20267 at 18.00 P.M.

Go for the open category
We want to make the open category as competitive as possible. Because admit it: what is better than being on each other’s heels and finishing with a sharp time? Additional advantage: you start as one of the first teams and are therefore held up as little as possible by less fast teams. For example at the crossing and bridges in Dokkum!

To allow similar teams to start in the open category, a few years ago we set a limit. This means participants must be able to finish within three hours of the fastest team finishing. A wide margin, but enough to put together a nice competition. Do you like to compete for prizes? Do you want to set a fast time and row unopposed?

But…
you have no idea how fast you need to row on average to stay within the limit.
Then consult the results and times of previous years. For an extra check you can also scrutinise the tables with average speeds.

Cost and method of payment:

The cost of registration is €550,= per team (incl. fee mandatory GPS tracker);

Exceptions are:
– Outsiders Category 3 persons € 250,= (incl. fee mandatory GPS tracker);
– Outsiders Category 6 persons € 375,= (incl. fee mandatory GPS tracker);

Paying on the Friday before the start of the PIN machine (MAESTRO, VISA, CREDIT CARD).
