Tracking & tracing (T&T) is een mooi systeem waarmee de ploegen live te volgen zijn. Elk team krijgt een gps-tracker, inclusief voeding en waterdichte behuizing, in bruikleen bij inschrijving op de wedstrijddag.
De met trackers uitgeruste boten kunnen tijdens de tocht, via de livepage, ‘real time’ worden gevolgd op een pc, laptop of smartphone met internetverbinding. De livepage voorziet ook in ‘chatfunctie’ en de mogelijkheid om foto’s en video’s tijdens de tocht toe te voegen. Naderhand kan het wedstrijdverloop met de replayfunctie in verschillende snelheden worden teruggekeken.
Tijdens de marathon kunnen ploeggenoten, toeschouwers en thuisblijvers op ieder moment de positie van hun ploeg volgen. In de verenigingsgebouwen van LRV Wetterwille en De Geeuw zijn de teams op een groot scherm te volgen.

Boats with a tracker can be followed live during the trip, through the live page on a PC, laptop or smartphone with internet access. The page also provides a live chat feature and the ability to add photos and videos during the trip. Afterwards, the race (with the replay function) can be seen again.
The system makes it possible to follow teams during the race. In this way, teammates, spectators and those who stay at home can follow what the position of their team is. In the clubhouse LRV Wetterwille and the Geeuw the teams can be followed life on a big screen.
